As a Moderator, how can we be certain you won't abuse your powers? *
Not necessarily going for Mod, because a few admins have suggested to get my senior back because I’m beginning to be more active because I’m on when they aren’t. But furthermore, I will not abuse my powers because I have been in the position before and understand the responsibilities.
Do you understand that as a Moderator you will have very limited powers? *
Yes, if I am given Mod or Senior, I understand both powers.
Please list your experience with ULX and being an admin:
Former Senior Admin, but was stripped completely due to being absent for 2 weeks. Experienced with the system.
Do you have a microphone? *
Yes.
How many hours do you have on Garry's Mod? *
752 hours.
Finally, why should we choose you to be a Moderator? *
I have experience with higher position and know the server in and out. All the admins know me and if called for help, I’ll be there.
Scenario Questions (Question 1 is mandatory - pick 2 others to answer):
1. (MANDATORY) You have a suspicion that two people are ghosting (Ghosting is using steam chat/skype/teamspeak to tell information about the game such as who the traitors are). How would you figure out that these people are ghosting?
Force myself to spectator, and specifically watch those two individuals. Question them. And question the people they kill.
2. You observe your friend, a fellow admin, breaking a rule over and over. Resolve the situation.
Give them warnings at first, and if not followed. Enforce slays upon them, then kick, then ban.
3. You have banned somebody. Their friends are now harassing you about the ban. What do you do?
Ignore them. Plain and simple. No need to get mad over someone else’s actions.
4. A new player has joined the server for the first time, and it is obvious that they are new to Garrys mod and the gamemode you are playing. You have observed that the person has broken a few rules. Resolve the situation.
