I got banned for ghosting by Squid, even though I wasn't ghosting. I'm not quite sure why I was banned. I had not killed a single person (T or rdming an inno). I was friends with someone else on the server (NoahSymonds), however he literally sent a friend request to me 2 minutes before and I had only just accepted it (we weren't even messaging). I don't know what the point of banning me was, and I'd like to be unbanned if that's possible. Just by having a friend playing on the server doesn't mean that I was ghosting. Hello Claire, First off, I don't ban people just because they have a friend on the server. Believe me, if I were to do that, 3/4 of all the people that join on a daily basis would of been ban already by me  . Now, that being said, I banned and you and your friend Noah under the reasoning of Ghosting. To which I had proof; Cynauj (a moderator that has been with us for a year and is pretty credible) and Milk-shake(a fellow user that isn't a Mod, but is to be one soon) plus me all collaborated to figure out if you were in fact ghosting. Now, I know that Noah was a new friend of yours because for every new person that logs in to FA (Frozen Aether) I run a "back round" check on every player. I do this to see if they have any VAC Bans or has a follow friend that is joining the server. So, when you first joined, you weren't friends with him, but then you did and started to receive information about the game. If you still think that I banned you unfairly, I would be more than happily to unban you and pretend that this situation never happened. Hi, could you please specify what you mean by, "started to receive information from the game"? So far, neither of your responses have left any useful information other than the fact that the user was banned. Proof from both sides would be nice as the link provided no longer works and verbal/written testimonies are useless here. Then, and only then, will the appeal even be considered.

Also Squid, if he really was ghosting that is a perm ban you can't just unbun him unless it was a mistake done by you, which you would have to urban both of them for that.

Also, I forgot to add to the whole, "started to receive information from the game", thing. It was that she started to know upon who was the traitor. Hey Squid and everyone else,
He did send his friend request to me during the game, however I wasn't "receiving information about the game" from Noah. As I've said before we weren't messaging. Lots of people add me while I play probably because I'm a girl or something. Also you said that "It was that she started to know upon who was the traitor." I didn't kill or shoot at any traitors nor call a KOS on anyone, so I'm not sure what you're talking about. Now that you say that your friend is Cynauj, the round before you banned me I went afk for a second to turn down my music, and I happened to be looking directly at him and then later it turns out that he was a T. Is that why you think I was ghosting? I still am not sure what made you think at first that I was ghosting.

Hi, if you don't mind, do you have any other screenshots that were taken during the incident? If not, that is fine. Though, I do have to say, the reason behind the ban is unacceptable in my eyes. Unless both players take it playfully, never should a staff member refer to users as "BITCHES", nor should they say to, "GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY SERVER".

That's okay, although there is not much evidence, I will confront the two staff and the other user, who claimed that you ghosted. Please leave your steamid so if we come to believe that the ban was unjust, we can unban you. And no problem |
